Day 1: Airport Transfer – Ubud  

Arrive at Bali International Airport. Meet and greet with a local guide then direct transfer to hotel  

 

Day 2: Barong & Kris Dance – Tegenungan Waterfall  – Tirta Empul – Kintamani – Tegal Alang Rice Terrace – Ubud  

The first visit will be watching the Dance performance, the dance name is Barong and Kris Dance which perform by Balinese people with story battle between Good and Evil. After watching the dance we will drive to visit Tegenungan Waterfall. It is conveniently located halfway between Ubud and Bali’s provincial capital of Denpasar. Getting to the falls is a pleasant drive down paved village roads lined with stretches of green rice fields on both sides.

Then we drive to the Kintamani, before arriving at Kintamani we will visit the Tirta Empul Temple or most known as a Holy Spring temple at Temple Siring, is a famous temple to visit the natural hot spring which uses by local people for the purified body from negative things. Then we will directly to Kintamani village to enjoy the view of Mount Batur Volcano and the Lake Batur. You will have lunch in this village while overlooking the view of the active volcano from the restaurant.

Then after lunch, we will visit the Tegalalang Rice Terrace to see an amazing view of scenery Rice Terrace, is the most favorite place to stop during the Bali Ubud and Kintamani Tour.  

Day 3: Ubud Palace – Ubud Traditional Market – Jatiluwih  - Batukaru Ulundanu Temple – Ubud  

The third day, we will drive to Ubud Royal Palace. It is an artistic cultural life center, while the traditional market is the symbol of local economics resident. Next destination is Ubud Traditional Market; it is a customary craftsmanship market in the focal point of Ubud town, where the presence is not far unique in relation to different markets accessible in the tourism range.

After visiting it, we drive to Jatiluwih. It is one of the places of interest in the area of Penebel, Tabanan. Jatiluwih is famous for its natural beauty with terraced rice fields which neatly. In this place also in the beautiful mountain scenery named Batukaru Mountain, because the location of this Jatiluwih right at the foot of the Batukaru Mountain and you will see Batukaru and Ulundanu Temple. The Ulun Danu Temple offers you amazing panorama and cultures that you can enjoy. Because of its location in the edge of Beratan Lake, Ulun Danu Beratan Temple looks very unique and attractive to both local tourists and foreign tourists.

Then, Batu Karu Temple is one of the biggest Hindu Temples in Bali islands and It is set in the plateau area with lush tropical rain forest surround it. It is situated in the peaceful area which is far from the local resident that is ideally for worship. To visit Batukaru and  Ulundanu Temple, we will not come across any kind of souvenir shops, stalls or art shops like many other tourist attractions in Bali, so that makes this temple is a place that actually away from the noises and its sanctity is consistently maintained by the people of Bali.

Afterward, transfer to your hotel in Ubud. Check into your hotel. Overnight in Ubud.  

 

Day 4: Balinese life experience  – Overnight Rumah Desa  

The following day, drive to Rumah Desa. At Rumah Desa, there are many activities.You will visit the local market to continue cooking class program. The cooking class starts with visiting a traditional market, where you can explore all kinds of spices, ingredients that are used for cooking Balinese food and it is also a good chance to know more about social life of Balinese.

Then you will feel experience Bali daily life like making Balinese cake and Afternoon Tea, proceed to rice field (paddy planting and flowing with cows), refreshment with young coconut. In addition, you will get some acknowledgment such as culture, dance, and Balinese Music.

At night, enjoy your dinner, so this tour is very recommended by the guests who have visited Rumah Desa, expecially for knowledge about Balinese life experience

Day 5: Kerthagosa – Tenganan -  Kusamba  - Goa Lawah – Candidasa  

Breakfast at hotel, then get morning pick up from your hotel and travel eastward toward Klungkung District to visit the Kertha Gosa, forms part of the Puri Semarapura royal palace.  The next is Tenganan Village. It is in East Bali is one of the Bali Aga (original Balinese) communities in Bali and it is famous for its well-preserved village layout and the ongoing survival of its traditional crafts.

After you visit it, you will see a view in Kusamba. Kusamba is notable however for its traditional salt farms that date back almost a thousand years. Meanwhile, other locals will usually be busy harvesting salt at plots nearby.  Next, Pura Goa Lawah is one of the unique and most picturesque temples in Bali. It features a complex built around a cave opening that is inhabited by hordes of bats, and its name translates to 'Bat Cave Temple’.

From there, continue to Candidasa is the most popular beach resort along Bali’s east coast. It’s where you can enjoy a quiet seaside escape, far from the crowds and busier traffic scenes of the island’s south.  

Day 6: Taman Ujung Water Palace – Pura Lempuyang  – Banjar Hot Spring Water – Lovina  

The following day, you will visit The Taman Ujung Water Palace. It has a combination of Balinese and European architecture throughout three large ponds connected by long elegant bridges and pathways. Next, Pura Lempuyang. Located on the Lempuyang mountain and facing to the biggest Bali active volcano as well-known Agung Volcano and overlooking to Selat Bali Ocean make the view from the gate as completely super amazing as the reason traveler called Gate to Heaven.

After you got a beautiful view in some places, you will visit Banjar Hot Spring Water. Banjar Hot Springs continue to provide an enjoyable and health-benefitting retreat up in the hills of the north, for those seeking relaxation, fun, sightseeing, and a totally different experience. Night at Lovina.

Day 7: Dolphin Tour – Seririt Traditional Market – Pulaki Temple – Menjangan  

The tour starts at 5.00 in the morning. Heading to Lovina Beach to watch one of the most incredible nature attraction at Bali, Dolphin. And then, continue to Seririt traditional market. It is an opportunity to experience a traditional Balinese market with its exotic fruits, vegetables, herbs and spices as well as colorful flowers for offerings, and day to day household goods. It is a unique experience for those accustomed to purchasing their supplies from the local supermarket.

Heading to the west to The Pulaki Temple, one of the six most sacred temples of Bali counted. This temple is situated on the flat plateau with rocky hills as a backdrop. The grey rocks behind the temple rise up like a cliff. Just before the temple is a road that the Pulaki temple separates 25 meters from the blue sea. In the jungle behind the temple live many monkeys (macaques). Night at Menjangan.

Day 8: Snorkeling at Menjangan – Afternoon Free Program  

In the morning, you will experience snorkeling at Menjangan Island. It is fine and preserved corals, abundant tropical fish, turquoise clear water and calm sea make Menjangan a snorkeling paradise for both beginners and more advanced snorkelers.

After that, the free program allows you to explore Bali by your own arrangement. Walk around the pedestrian with a traditional atmosphere while looking at local people with their daily activities. Back to the Hotel.  

Day 9: Rambut Siwi temple – Bunut Bolong - Sunset at Tanah Lot Temple  

Pura Rambut Siwi (Worship of The Hair) is noted as the temple that contains a holy relic in the form of a lock of hair from the head of this venerated priest who left it to the village of Yeh Embang in 1546 as a gesture of respect to the villagers.  It is a low cliff top temple, quite simple in design but surrounded by a beautiful locale including rice terrace, black sand beaches, and flowering frangipani and Cempaka trees.

Continue your journey to Bunut Bolong. Bunut Bolong is a giant hollow banyan tree in the village of Manggisari in Jembrana, West Bali. This old, giant banyan tree is a natural landmark that’s sanctified by locals. They believe the tree is centuries old. There are tales of people who met their demise trying to chop it down to remove it. The tree has a large hollow at its base. This formed naturally and is as wide as the main road that runs through it. Temple shrines adorned in yellow and white cloths are at both ends of the banyan tree’s straddling base.

Next destination is Tanah Lot; it is the most popular tourist destinations in Bali with a famous breathtaking view of sunset view with Tanah Lot Temple as a background. Back to the Hotel.

Day 10: Morning free program – Uluwatu Temple – Kecak Dance – Dinner at Jimbaran  

Start your morning with breakfast and enjoy the hotel surrounding. At noon, you will go to Luhur Uluwatu Temple or Uluwatu Temple. This temple is a temple located in the area of Pecatu Village, Kuta District, Badung. The point of interest of Uluwatu Temple Bali lies on the beautiful scenery of plateau, which 100 meters high above the ocean wave and the temple located at the top of a majestic cliff.

If you are lucky when visiting Uluwatu Temple in clear weather, you gone see a great blue clear sky with a dark blue ocean view, lies on the horizon. The best part of the visiting Uluwatu Temple as one of attraction in Bali is to watch Balinese Kecak and fire dance with background stage, set with a fantastic vintage view of the sunset. After watch Kecak Dance, you will enjoy dinner at Jimbaran. Back to the Hotel.

Day 11: Transfer to the airport  

The morning is free at leisure until pick up time for a transfer to the airport for a return flight home.

General Terms and Conditions

The Terms and Conditions below govern the relationship between you, the client, and us, Hanindo Travel and Tours. By booking a tour, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All details contained herein are, to the best of our knowledge, correct and it is in good faith that we have published them.

  1. Upon receiving your booking request, our consultants will start to assist you in building a pleasant tour plan according to your special requirements and interests.
  2. It is highly recommended that your tour reservation is made at least 45 days prior to the actual traveling date.
  3. If you book within 30 days of your departure date payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
  4. Inability to pay on or before the stated option date shall mean auto cancellation of the said booking. Please note that Hanindo T&T shall not be responsible for bookings that are automatically canceled due to the lapse or inability to pay on or before the option date.
  5. Hanindo T&T tour package does not include Travel Insurance. We highly recommend that you purchase full coverage travel insurance of your own.
  6. Hanindo T&T  will not accept responsibility for the loss, injury, damage, delay or irregularity that may be caused to our client’s property arising from causes beyond our control.
  7. All special requests, such as vegetarian requirements, should be noted on the booking form.
  8. The Company will provide the service as set out and confirmed in writing.  

 

TERMS OF PAYMENT  

Please note that all online bookings require payment of 20% of the total package price at the time of the booking. The balance will be required at least 30 days prior to your date of arrival.

Hanindo Tour & Travel will hold a reservation for up to seven days at a client’s request (7 days for booking request more than 30 days prior to arrival and 2 days for booking request less than 30 days prior to arrival), to allow the client time to send a deposit payment. The full amount of the deposit (or the full amount of the booking if the booking is made within 30 days of the date of arrival) must be received before we can confirm your booking.

If confirmation is not received within the seven days all blocked rooms and tour arrangements will be automatically released.  

 

After full payment, this guarantees that all your arrangements for your services will be delivered according to plan. However should you request for additional services, products, etc, we shall charge you the additional costs incurred from these new arrangements.  

 

Payment method

We have set up an account with Transfer wise, a secure online way of paying with your credit card.  

In order to facilitate your down payment using your Visa/Master Card through our Transfer wise account, please follow the instructions on the email sent to you by Hanindo Tour & Travel. The amount due on the transfer wise invoice is exactly the same as our invoice sent to you by email in Excel format. Once we receive the amount in our Transfer wise account we will send you an email to notify you that the payment was received.  

 

Cancelation Policy

All cancellations must be in writing and be made by the person who submitted the booking form. Please send an email to info@hanindotours.com

Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:

  • More than 60 days prior to arrival: No cancellation fees
  • 60 days - 45 days prior to arrival: 20 % of package amount/loss of deposit
  • 44 days - 31 days prior to arrival: 30 % of package amount
  • 30 days – 15 days prior to arrival:  50 % of package amount
  • 14 days – 7 days prior to arrival:  75 % of package amount
  • Less than 7 days & no show prior to arrival:  100 % of package amount / no refund  

 

Complaints  

Just call or send email for your complaint if you have a problem with your traveling with us.  We will investigate your complaints and attempt to rectify any error.  

 

Refund policy

  1. No refund for unutilized nights, including those resulting from delayed check-in or early check-out.
  2. No refunds can be made in case any of the services included in our tour packages cannot be provided at the time of the tour for reasons beyond our control of such as caused by forces of nature, like typhoon, earthquakes or any other natural calamity that may occur.  

   

Your Responsibilities  

  1. You are responsible for arranging your own travel insurance.  
  2. Each member of the party must have a valid passport, visas and all necessary documentation for the countries they are touring. The Company accepts no responsibility for any delay or expense should your documents not be in order.  
  3. It is the responsibility of the person who signs the Booking Form to disclose any pre-existing medical conditions that members of their party may have.  
  4. You are responsible for keeping up to date on the specific details of your Tour and any other products or services. Please check the booking confirmation carefully and inform the tour operator immediately of any mistakes (dates etc.). If the tour operator is not informed, the passenger will be considered responsible for the mistake.
