Cycling to Plaosan Temple
This morning you will go along the eastern part of the Special Region of Yogyakarta by bicycle. Your trip will start from Kedulan Temple as the starting point of your cycling route. Before you start pedaling a bicycle, make sure you look at the archaeological site Kedulan Temple, a Hindu Temple that is in the process of reconstruction. Start paddling your bicycle through the village and the rice fields that stretch as far as the eye can see. On the way, you will pass SD 2 Kokosan which is one of the elementary schools in the area. You will visit this elementary school to interact with students and see teaching and learning activities there.
Continue your journey to the traditional market. You will see how local people are doing in the buying and selling process. After that, you will cycle through small roads and rice fields until finally, you will stop at the traditional chips making. There is no machine, only using stones. Melinjo will be pounded one by one and dried in the sun. After seeing the process of making chips, you will go to the tofu home industry. If you come when the tofu is fried, you have the opportunity to taste it! Close your trip with a visit to Plaosan Temple.

Yogyakarta is a city where traditional and modern merge into one. On one side there are many city hotels and other high buildings, but on the other side you can feel the magnificent atmosphere of the ancient buildings by visiting Borobudur and Prambanan Temples. The combination between modern and history blends perfectly well and allows tourists to enjoy both.
