Day 1. Arrival – Transfer to Hotel

Arrival at JOG Airport. Greet and meet with the guide. Transfer to the Hotel. Night at Jogjakarta

Day 2. Sultan Palace – Tamansari Water Castle – Borobudur – BS Silver Factory - Dowa Bag (B/L/D)

At 8 in the morning you will pick up at the hotel and visit to Sultan Palace and Tamansari Water Castle. Then you will heading to the largest Buddhist Temple in the world, Borobudur Temple. This temple is located in Magelang, Central Java. Borobudur Temple is a masterpiece of Indonesian Buddhist art, as an example of the peak attainment of harmony in architectural and aesthetic techniques of Buddhist art in Java.

After enjoy the beauty of Borobudur Temple architecture, you will enjoy lunch at BS Resto near Borobudur Temple. At the same place, BS is also known as Borobudur Silver, you can peak their silver showroom. They also have some batik and meubel collection. Continue your shopping journey to Dowa Bag at Godean. Dowa bag is an original premium knitting bag made by Jogjakarta local craftsmen.  

Night at Jogjakarta

Day 3. Batik Workshop – Kotagede - Manding – Kasongan - Malioboro street (B/L/D)

First program of this day you will go to one of batik workshop at Jogjakarta. At the batik workshop you are not only can see various kinds of batik motifs along with their history but you can also make your own. With the help from local artist, you can experience batik making. After that, you will go to silver center in Yogyakarta area, Kotagede. Kotagede is known as a center for silver crafts. But on the other hand, Kotagede has a variety of very interesting places. Such as Kotagede Great Mosque, Traditional Market, Between two gates, and Rumah Kalang.

After strolling around Kotagede, you will go to Manding leather center at south part of Yogyakarta. Continue to Kasongan, pottery village near Manding. And then visit Malioboro. Malioboro street is one of the tour highlight in Jogjakarta and today you will go there and experience it by yourself. At Malioboro you can do batik shopping and other unique souvenir of Jogjakarta such as pedicap miniature, t-shirt, jewelry, and so on. But dont forget to bargain with the seller to get special price.

Walk from the south to the north part of Malioboro. At the north corner of Malioboro you will find Batik center. They have various models of batik and kebaya (on the modern side) and Jogjakarta souvenir. You will be welcomed by Javanese traditional dress employees. The whole place smells of incense, very soothing and adds to the traditional impression.  

Day 4. Transfer Out (B)

The morning is free at leisure until pick up time for a transfer to the airport for a return flight home.

General Terms and Conditions

The Terms and Conditions below govern the relationship between you, the client, and us, Hanindo Travel and Tours. By booking a tour, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All details contained herein are, to the best of our knowledge, correct and it is in good faith that we have published them.

  1. Upon receiving your booking request, our consultants will start to assist you in building a pleasant tour plan according to your special requirements and interests.
  2. It is highly recommended that your tour reservation is made at least 45 days prior to the actual traveling date.
  3. If you book within 30 days of your departure date payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
  4. Inability to pay on or before the stated option date shall mean auto cancellation of the said booking. Please note that Hanindo T&T shall not be responsible for bookings that are automatically canceled due to the lapse or inability to pay on or before the option date.
  5. Hanindo T&T tour package does not include Travel Insurance. We highly recommend that you purchase full coverage travel insurance of your own.
  6. Hanindo T&T  will not accept responsibility for the loss, injury, damage, delay or irregularity that may be caused to our client’s property arising from causes beyond our control.
  7. All special requests, such as vegetarian requirements, should be noted on the booking form.
  8. The Company will provide the service as set out and confirmed in writing.  



Please note that all online bookings require payment of 20% of the total package price at the time of the booking. The balance will be required at least 30 days prior to your date of arrival.

Hanindo Tour & Travel will hold a reservation for up to seven days at a client’s request (7 days for booking request more than 30 days prior to arrival and 2 days for booking request less than 30 days prior to arrival), to allow the client time to send a deposit payment. The full amount of the deposit (or the full amount of the booking if the booking is made within 30 days of the date of arrival) must be received before we can confirm your booking.

If confirmation is not received within the seven days all blocked rooms and tour arrangements will be automatically released.  


After full payment, this guarantees that all your arrangements for your services will be delivered according to plan. However should you request for additional services, products, etc, we shall charge you the additional costs incurred from these new arrangements.  


Payment method

We have set up an account with Transfer wise, a secure online way of paying with your credit card.  

In order to facilitate your down payment using your Visa/Master Card through our Transfer wise account, please follow the instructions on the email sent to you by Hanindo Tour & Travel. The amount due on the transfer wise invoice is exactly the same as our invoice sent to you by email in Excel format. Once we receive the amount in our Transfer wise account we will send you an email to notify you that the payment was received.  


Cancelation Policy

All cancellations must be in writing and be made by the person who submitted the booking form. Please send an email to info@hanindotours.com

Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:

  • More than 60 days prior to arrival: No cancellation fees
  • 60 days - 45 days prior to arrival: 20 % of package amount/loss of deposit
  • 44 days - 31 days prior to arrival: 30 % of package amount
  • 30 days – 15 days prior to arrival:  50 % of package amount
  • 14 days – 7 days prior to arrival:  75 % of package amount
  • Less than 7 days & no show prior to arrival:  100 % of package amount / no refund  



Just call or send email for your complaint if you have a problem with your traveling with us.  We will investigate your complaints and attempt to rectify any error.  


Refund policy

  1. No refund for unutilized nights, including those resulting from delayed check-in or early check-out.
  2. No refunds can be made in case any of the services included in our tour packages cannot be provided at the time of the tour for reasons beyond our control of such as caused by forces of nature, like typhoon, earthquakes or any other natural calamity that may occur.  


Your Responsibilities  

  1. You are responsible for arranging your own travel insurance.  
  2. Each member of the party must have a valid passport, visas and all necessary documentation for the countries they are touring. The Company accepts no responsibility for any delay or expense should your documents not be in order.  
  3. It is the responsibility of the person who signs the Booking Form to disclose any pre-existing medical conditions that members of their party may have.  
  4. You are responsible for keeping up to date on the specific details of your Tour and any other products or services. Please check the booking confirmation carefully and inform the tour operator immediately of any mistakes (dates etc.). If the tour operator is not informed, the passenger will be considered responsible for the mistake.
