Day 1: Jogjakarta Arrival – Prambanan

Arrival Jogjakarta then direct visit to Prambanan Temple. This temple is believed to have been built by King Belitung MahaSambu during the middle of the ninth century. Its parapets are adorned with a bas relief’s depicting the famous Ramayana Ballet.

Day 2: Sultan Palace - Tamansari – Kota gede - Borobudur

After breakfast visit Sultan Palace, built in grand and elegant Javanese Architectural style, lies in the   center of municipality. Continue to Taman sari Water Castle. Visit Batik factory to experience how to make this very traditional souvenirs. Visit Kota Gede silver works center. In the afternoon visit the magnificent Borobudur Temple, one of the world’s most famous temples, standing majestic and serene on a hillock overlooking lush green fields and distant hills.

Day 3: Train to Jombang – Trowulan - Bromo

Today begins with a scenic train ride to eastern Java. After breakfast, you will transfer to Jogjakarta Railway station to board the train to Jombang. Your guide will accompany on the journey.

Upon arrival in Jombang, a local driver will be there to greet you and continuation to Trowulan, the site of the former capital of the Majapahit Kingdom who ruled the island of Java for centuries. Visit the archaeological museum and the temples of Candi Bajang Ratu and CandiTikus. After the tour, proceed to Mt Bromo, en route stop for late lunch at local restaurant.

Day 4: Bromo Tour – Ijen

Awake early this morning for a sunrise tour of Mt Bromo. You’ll travel by 4WD jeep to a viewing spot with stunning views of the Bromo volcano and surroundings. Watch the sun rise up from behind the volcano in Penanjakan. Continue by jeep down to the volcano caldera. Return by jeep to your hotel for breakfast. Continue by road to Ijen.

Day 5 : Ijen Tour – Transfer to Pemuteran

Awake early this morning for an excursion to Mt Ijen and its surroundings. Breakfast is served at the hotel before setting off by 4WD jeep. Travel along bumpy roads through small agricultural villages and thick jungle.

Upon reaching the top (2385m) there is time to enjoy the views of the crater lake. After the tour, travel to Ketapang pier for your local ferry transfer to Bali. Transfer to the hotel at Pemuteran.

Day 6 : Pemuteran – Ubud  (B)

Breakfast at hotel then check out from Adi Assri Pemuteran. Transfer hotel from Pemuteran to Ubud  with visits Munduk Waterfall. Munduk waterfall located within Bali’s lush and forested central-northern highland region. The falls are a highlight feature of the namesake village of Munduk in Buleleng, North Bali, reachable after a 300m walk from the main road on which trekkers can enjoy soothing nature sights and sounds along with a forest route.

Continue to Ulun Danu Temple. It literally ‘the source temple of Lake Beratan’, is easily the island’s most iconic sanctuary sharing the scenic qualities with the seaside temples of Uluwatu Temple and Tanah Lot Temple. After that, visit Jatiluwih ricefield. Jatiluwih Rice Terrace is one of the UNESCO World Heritage since the site has been able to maintain the local cultural heritage in the form of a water irrigation system managed traditionally called by SUBAK. Transfer to the hotel.

Day 7 : Ubud (B )

Start your day with visit Goa Gajah. Goa Gajah ‘Elephant Cave’ is an archaeological site of significant historical value that makes it a special place to visit. Located on the cool western edge of Bedulu Village, six kilometres out of central Ubud, you do not need more than an hour to descend to its relic-filled courtyard and view the rock-wall carvings, a central meditational cave, bathing pools and fountains.

Continue to Ubud Monkey Forest. Monkey Forest, it is as one of the most popular tourist attractions in Bali, and many travelers visit Ubud Monkey Forest to see the hundreds of playful monkeys in a calm, lush forest. There are many points of interest that you can see here. Other than around 700 monkeys, you also can see 186 species of trees in 12.5 hectares of forest, where will allowing you to get an abundance of fresh air. Then go visit Ubud Market. Ubud Art Market or also known as Pasar Seni Ubud is a traditional market that is located in the heart of Ubud, opposite of the Puri Saren Royal Ubud. This place offers many attractive souvenirs made by local Balinese such as handmade bags, statues, kites, silk scarves, and many other handcraft goods. You can find two markets for traditional art market and basic market requirement. Return to the hotel.

Day 8 : Ubud – Sanur  (B)

Checkk out from Ananda Hotel Ubud and heading to Sanur Area. On the way there you will visit several beautiful destination. First destination is Tirta empul. Tirta Empul is an important temple complex and holy mountain spring, located in the village of Manukaya in central Bali. The site serves as a legendary setting of a traditional tale about good versus evil. It is also a national cultural heritage site. Tirta Empul, meaning ‘holy water spring’ is actually the name of a water source located within the temple. The spring feeds various purification baths, pools and fish ponds surrounding the outer perimeter, which all flow to the Tukad Pakerisan River. Various sites throughout the region and many other archaeological relics relate to local myths and legends.

Then you will visit Gunung Kawi Sebatu, it is one of Bali’s most unique archaeological sites, comprising a collection of ancient shrine reliefs carved into the face of a rock cliff. Continue to Kintamani village to see beautiful scenery along your journey. You will pass the local village and see their daily activities. Last destination of the day, Besakih Temple. Pura Besakih is a temple complex in the village of Besakih on the slopes of Mount Agung in eastern Bali, Indonesia. It is the most important, the largest and holiest temple of Hindu religion in Bali.

General Terms and Conditions

The Terms and Conditions below govern the relationship between you, the client, and us, Hanindo Travel and Tours. By booking a tour, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All details contained herein are, to the best of our knowledge, correct and it is in good faith that we have published them.

  1. Upon receiving your booking request, our consultants will start to assist you in building a pleasant tour plan according to your special requirements and interests.
  2. It is highly recommended that your tour reservation is made at least 45 days prior to the actual traveling date.
  3. If you book within 30 days of your departure date payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
  4. Inability to pay on or before the stated option date shall mean auto cancellation of the said booking. Please note that Hanindo T&T shall not be responsible for bookings that are automatically canceled due to the lapse or inability to pay on or before the option date.
  5. Hanindo T&T tour package does not include Travel Insurance. We highly recommend that you purchase full coverage travel insurance of your own.
  6. Hanindo T&T  will not accept responsibility for the loss, injury, damage, delay or irregularity that may be caused to our client’s property arising from causes beyond our control.
  7. All special requests, such as vegetarian requirements, should be noted on the booking form.
  8. The Company will provide the service as set out and confirmed in writing.  

 

TERMS OF PAYMENT  

Please note that all online bookings require payment of 20% of the total package price at the time of the booking. The balance will be required at least 30 days prior to your date of arrival.

Hanindo Tour & Travel will hold a reservation for up to seven days at a client’s request (7 days for booking request more than 30 days prior to arrival and 2 days for booking request less than 30 days prior to arrival), to allow the client time to send a deposit payment. The full amount of the deposit (or the full amount of the booking if the booking is made within 30 days of the date of arrival) must be received before we can confirm your booking.

If confirmation is not received within the seven days all blocked rooms and tour arrangements will be automatically released.  

 

After full payment, this guarantees that all your arrangements for your services will be delivered according to plan. However should you request for additional services, products, etc, we shall charge you the additional costs incurred from these new arrangements.  

 

Payment method

We have set up an account with Transfer wise, a secure online way of paying with your credit card.  

In order to facilitate your down payment using your Visa/Master Card through our Transfer wise account, please follow the instructions on the email sent to you by Hanindo Tour & Travel. The amount due on the transfer wise invoice is exactly the same as our invoice sent to you by email in Excel format. Once we receive the amount in our Transfer wise account we will send you an email to notify you that the payment was received.  

 

Cancelation Policy

All cancellations must be in writing and be made by the person who submitted the booking form. Please send an email to info@hanindotours.com

Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:

  • More than 60 days prior to arrival: No cancellation fees
  • 60 days - 45 days prior to arrival: 20 % of package amount/loss of deposit
  • 44 days - 31 days prior to arrival: 30 % of package amount
  • 30 days – 15 days prior to arrival:  50 % of package amount
  • 14 days – 7 days prior to arrival:  75 % of package amount
  • Less than 7 days & no show prior to arrival:  100 % of package amount / no refund  

 

Complaints  

Just call or send email for your complaint if you have a problem with your traveling with us.  We will investigate your complaints and attempt to rectify any error.  

 

Refund policy

  1. No refund for unutilized nights, including those resulting from delayed check-in or early check-out.
  2. No refunds can be made in case any of the services included in our tour packages cannot be provided at the time of the tour for reasons beyond our control of such as caused by forces of nature, like typhoon, earthquakes or any other natural calamity that may occur.  

   

Your Responsibilities  

  1. You are responsible for arranging your own travel insurance.  
  2. Each member of the party must have a valid passport, visas and all necessary documentation for the countries they are touring. The Company accepts no responsibility for any delay or expense should your documents not be in order.  
  3. It is the responsibility of the person who signs the Booking Form to disclose any pre-existing medical conditions that members of their party may have.  
  4. You are responsible for keeping up to date on the specific details of your Tour and any other products or services. Please check the booking confirmation carefully and inform the tour operator immediately of any mistakes (dates etc.). If the tour operator is not informed, the passenger will be considered responsible for the mistake.
